ICYMIXXX: 2021 is Coming–Get Both Of These Erotic Wall Calendars Now!

by Courtney Trouble
November 25, 2020

Every new year deserves a new fine art wall calendar full of pin-ups. Considering what we have been through in 2020, I think we all deserve two for 2021.

Thankfully, two amazing sex working artists, Bella Vendetta and GoAskAlex, have created just what we need. Both calendars come straight from the artist and include goodies like stickers, notes, prints, and more.

Join me in owning these 2021 calendars knowing that they will make keeping track of the day more pleasurable, and you will be supporting amazing artists in our community.

I’m going to keep one in my office and one in my bedroom to celebrate the hard work sex workers put into their artistic pursuits in 2020, in spite of everything.

The “413 Figure Studies” 2021 Calendar by Bella Vendetta, photographer and fetish porn star, is based on her 2020 body of work “Islation Connection,” a photo essay showcasing current and former sex workers living and working in Western Massachusetts. All of the photos in the project were shot under strict social distancing protocols.

From far away with a telephoto lens, Vendetta shoots her models nude in nature, interacting with their natural surroundings, in historic and landmark Western MA locations. The calendar and fine arts prints of all 12 photographs are available on her special Big Cartel store, where you can get a deal on a calendar and a print before December hits.

The second annual Disabled Sex Workers Calendar, was created by GoAskAlex, a performer, feminist and advocate for the representation of disabled bodies in pornography. This calendar serves as a reminder that sexy comes in many forms! The participants in this year’s calendar, who are all themselves disabled sex workers, will be compensated through the purchase of the calendar, and all profits from the calendar will be donated to WISH – a grassroots non-profit working with street based sex workers in the infamous Downtown Eastside of Vancouver, BC. You can get the Disabled Sex Worker Calendar on Etsy.
